The 11th International Workshop on Application of Field Programmable Gate Arrays in Nuclear Power Plants was held on October 8-11, 2018 in Dallas, Texas, USA. The meeting was hosted by Doosan HFC and sponsored by Curtiss-Wright and Radiy. The workshop was held in cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Association and organized by SunPort SA.
The Final Agenda of the workshop included 5 invited presentations, 20 technical presentations and 3 workshop discussion sessions.
The event was attended by 67 representatives of nuclear power vendors/suppliers, regulators, engineering and research organizations from 14 countries, including: Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hungary, Iraq, Japan, Lesotho, Republic of Korea, Sweden, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and the United States.
The next FPGA meeting will tentatively be held in October 2019 in Budapest, Hungary.
