SunPort is a consulting company and its main business activity is to provide engineering, safety analysis, licensing support, training and project management services to suppliers, designers, operators and regulators of the nuclear power plant (NPP) industry. Among the wide variety of services that we provide to the nuclear industry, we can advise customers in the process of executing small, medium and large projects and support or act in representation of them in dealing with suppliers of equipment and services.

SunPort SA is dedicated to providing a high level of professional technical services to our clients in the Nuclear Industry. Our commitment to maintaining high standards of work and continually improving our work processes is at the very core of our Quality Management System (QMS) which is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The SunPort Quality Manual is the main document which specifies our Quality Policy and the overall quality goals and objectives of the company. These objectives are met through specific procedures which provide step-by-step instructions as to how work must be done, the acceptance criteria, and documentation requirements.
We deliver all our projects in compliance with our QMS and with our customers QA requirements.
Our staff and associates have extensive work experience with the application of a wide range of international engineering standards and guidelines associated with the nuclear and conventional industries. These include standards such as those issued by the American National Standard Institute (ANSI), American Society for Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), International Society of Automation (ISA), International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), as well as technical documents, reports and publications issued by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI).
